Abert Caraway PLLC

Abert Caraway, PLLC was formed in 2018 upon the partnership of longtime friends and colleagues, Adam Abert and John Caraway.  As experienced oil & gas attorneys in their own right, Adam and John established Abert Caraway, PLLC as a boutique law firm focusing on the representation of upstream oil & gas clients.

 

As former landmen, Adam and John gained valuable experience and insight into the real-world issues and problems that land departments face on a day to day basis.  This unique perspective allows us to truly understand the intricate issues before our clients, and enables our firm to provide a multi-faceted approach to the resolution of such issues as well as anticipating and avoiding future problems.

We also understand the significance of lease obligations, contract provisions, and rig schedules from an operational standpoint and we pride ourselves on the timely completion of projects, thereby providing our clients with adequate time and the necessary resources to cure issues before spudding or payment of proceeds.
